  • Only 2 booths are still available for Gathering of the Guilds!

Both booths are 10’x10′: one has a corner ($475 + commission) and one is in-line, i.e. no corner ($400 + commission). Show and sell your work to the anticipated thousands of attendees of this free annual event April 19-21 in Portland. Last year’s attendance was just over 13,000 and the GOTG publicity team estimates it may even reach 30,000 this year based on the huge increase in response they are already getting. You must be a current PNW Glass Guild member and sign up for your booth before March 1st or the space will be re-allocated. See the registration page for details.

Beloved shop, community art hub, and Guild sponsor Melt Glass Art Supply in Vancouver, WA is looking for a new owner. See the letter below from owner SheriAnn Spurlock.

    Dear Fellow Glass Professionals,

After fifteen incredible years of building, teaching, and growing with the glass community, I
have decided that it is time for me to move on to my next chapter. With a mix of pride and
nostalgia, I am reaching out to share that Melt Glass Art Supply is officially for sale.
As many of you know, Melt is more than just a retail space; it is a hub for education and a
home for artists. Over the last decade and a half, I have poured my heart into creating a
space where creativity thrives and high-quality supplies are accessible.

    What I am looking for:
My primary goal is to find a successor who understands the value of the community we’ve
built. I am looking for a buyer who is ready to step into this role within the next year—
someone with the passion to maintain the high standard of service my customers expect
and the vision to lead the business into its next decade.

    The Opportunity:

    • A well-established brand with a loyal, 15-year customer base.
    • A fully functional teaching studio and retail operation.
    • A reputation for excellence within the regional and national glass community.

This is a “turn-key” opportunity for an artist or entrepreneur looking to make a significant
impact in the art glass world.

If you or someone you know might be the right fit to carry the torch at Melt Glass Art
Supply, please reach out to Anthony O’Neil at 1-206-226-3430 or Aoneil@tworld.com for
more information about the sale specifics and to sign an NDA, etc. You can also feel free to
contact me directly at 1-360-771-5617 or info@meltglass.com to arrange a tour of the shop
or to ask more industry-specific questions.

Thank you for being such an integral part of my journey over the last 15 years. I can’t wait
to see who will lead Melt into its next era.

    Warmly,
    SheriAnn Spurlock
    OWNER, MELT GLASS ART SUPPLY
