Potluck Picnic in Seattle This Sunday 8/13

posted in: Event Reminder | 0

Sunday August 13, 11 am: the last Guild potluck brunch of the year, this time in Karen Seymour’s shady backyard at 5415 Greenwood Ave N, near the Zoo in Seattle. It’s the house with the grape trellis in front. Come down the alley on the south side of the house and up the 3 steps into the backyard).

Plates, cups, utensils, napkins, water and lemonade will be furnished. Please bring a dish that can feed about 8 people and if you wish something else to drink, bring that too. This is ostensibly a PNWGlassGuild.org function but you don’t need to be a member: spouses and friends who are willing to talk glass or at least listen are all welcome. It’s always lots of fun.

If you bring some of your glass for show and tell people will be delighted. If you bring that odd piece you’ve been wondering about there will probably be many experienced troubleshooters to help diagnose it.

Please let Karen know that you’re coming. It’s so much easier if we get everything out before people start arriving and for that you need an accurate headcount.
Hope to see you soon!
