Mid-Willamette Valley Glass Art Tour and Sale

Artist Registration Information

Event date: August 1st, 2026
Time: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Cost: $55 per artist, PNW Glass Guild members only pay $35 per artist
(No refunds will be given, however you can have an acceptable replacement artist buy it from you.)

Registration and Payment date extended to July 17th for those wanting to be in the Maganda Glassworks’ parking lot. Late registering artists may not make it into all the publicity.

The event takes place at Maganda Glassworks LLC, 599 S 3rd St., Independence Oregon

Original art only. Any glass artist may join the event either in the Maganda Glassworks’ LLC’ parking lot or at a local artist’s own studio. The cost is $55 or the PNW Glass Guild member rate of $35 (See “*Member Login Instructions” near the bottom if you are not sure if your membership is current, or if you wish to join).

Participants who would like to set up their art at Maganda Glassworks location will be provided a 10×10 space in their gravel parking lot, during the event vendors are asked to park along the street.  You must bring your own shade, chairs, electricity (if needed), etc. Guest WIFI will be provided.  An accessible bathroom is available within the studio. Load-in starts at 7 am, load-out starts no earlier than 5 pm and we hope to finish by 7 pm.

When customers see demonstrations, they can better appreciate your glass art, which can increase your sales. Please keep this in mind when planning for the event.

Please note that we’re using the free version of Airtable.com database to manage the applications. After you submit your form there will be an ad for Airtable that we can’t remove unless the Guild pays a subscription fee. Just close it.

Next Steps After You Register

  1. Send about 3 images of your work for us to use in promoting your participation in the event
  2. Think about what type of demonstration or activity you can offer for visitors that will help boost interest and sales.
  3. Consider collecting visitor emails and names for a drawing for a piece of your artwork.
  4. Promote the event to your friends, family, customer email list, and social media networks.

*Member Log In Instructions

  1. To log in: click Log In on the very top of the website.
  2. Once you have logged in, go to: For Members> My Account> Subscriptions tab in the top menu bar to see your renewal date.
  3. If your membership has already expired you will be prompted to renew.
  4. If you have problems with renewal please contact the website help team.
  5. If you are not yet a member or if your PNWGG membership expired over a year ago, click “Join” from the top menu. The $45 annual membership fee gets you many other benefits, too.
  6. We recommend paying by credit card so you can register immediately. If you pay by check you will need to wait until we receive and deposit your check before you can sign up at the discounted rate.
