Basic glass photography tips followed by how to get the image off your cell phone and onto a website with a bit of photo-editing thrown in too. Our Members’ Gallery will be the specific example but the tips are going to be widely applicable. Bring your own examples and questions.

Member Cheryl Chapman will teach her reverse enameling process for the first time in the Seattle area! Join her at the Bainbridge Artisan Resource Network (BARN) to learn how to turn an animal photograph into an adorable, fun caricature portrait in glass all while learning about enamels and how to do reverse glass painting using a variety of mediums, tools and Easy Fire Enamels. The Portland area Holiday Party is coming up fast: Saturday Dec 7th at Linda Gerrard’s in Beaverton. The fun begins at 5:00 PM and goes until about 9:00 PM.
(There’s also a potluck Holiday Brunch Dec. 15th in Seattle)

This is a not-to-be-missed event! We have an awesome potluck dinner with Linda Gerrard preparing the main course (and probably a few other things). The appetizer, salad, side dishes, libations and desserts are brought by the members in attendance. Believe me when I say, you won’t go home hungry!

Not only will you be treated to an amazing meal, there is also a very fun gift exchange. You spend no more than $25.00 for the gift, everyone randomly selects a number and the fun begins. Don’t get too attached to your awesome gift because it just might get stolen.
