Play Day: Scrap Melts, Seattle

Karen Seymour will host a Play Day at her studio just west of the Seattle Zoo. We’ll stack scrap around the perimeter of kiln washed plant saucers and then fire it to see what flows. We’ll also talk about calculating volume so we don’t end up with donuts unless we want them. I only have space for 6 so please contact Karen 206 525 1577 if you’re interested. I’ll do it again in March if there’s a wait list.

Bring your COE 90 scrap or prepared frit pieces or use some of mine (I don’t want to risk contaminated COE or have to do different firing anneals). As with all Play Days a small donation to replace what you use would be appreciated.
