Broken Glass Re-Imagined A one person show featuring 24 pieces of Mel Archer’s Landscape “Paintings” done entirely in glass. Mel has been working in fused glass since 2006, receiving recognition in 2008 in Bullseye Glass’ Bi-annual Emerge competition as in the top 20 of US based emerging glass artists. Mel has spent years developing blends of Bullseye Glass stock colors and now has over 2000 blends in frit, small sheets and stringer with more developed for every piece. Along with developing new techniques, his vast color range allows Mel to create Impressionistic paintings.
